Arts in Health Facilitator, Birmingham Centre for Art Therapy

“This course has allowed me to explore many avenues, not just design but science, health and philosophy and other subjects I found interesting.  The opportunity to experience different fields of work within one degree allows for personal and professional development in ways that I don’t feel you could find elsewhere, proving extremely valuable.  The connections with industry and support of the staff have enabled me to build my confidence and become employed in a field I absolutely adore. I am an arts in health facilitator at Birmingham Centre for Art Therapy with the intention of doing a masters and becoming a qualified art psychotherapist. Completing this degree was one of the hardest things I have ever done and undeniably the best!”
